For any special IT project requests like new implementations and upgrades, ELITE clients always receive special project rates and our highest-priority level of service. For regular service issues, ELITE clients service requests can be initiated by any end user, and are always treated with the same level of highest priority. Remote IT support service requests are unlimited and included with the plan.

Select’s monthly payment plan facilitates a management software service platform, and any additional proactive tasks will require the client’s primary contact’s approval before execution. Under the Select Services plan, managers and owners always know what to expect with their monthly IT service expenses beforehand. Labor services at the Select Services level are billable at our standard and/or emergency hourly rates.
As with our ELITE Services, we offer our Select Services clients the option of choosing additional VAULT Business Continuity Backup and Disaster Recovery Services as well as GUARDIAN Internet Protection and Employee Productivity Services. If no extra protection is chosen, Shield always provides a best-effort level of support to our client’s existing platform.
