Manufacturing Western Canada
A Western Canadian manufacturer turns stalled reports into working business apps
A manufacturer was stuck waiting on its ERP and reporting vendor for improvements that never arrived. Using AI-assisted development, we built practical internal apps around the data the business already had, starting the same day they asked.

The challenge
Where they started
The business needed practical visibility into sales, production, and historical workflow data, but useful reporting sat on a vendor roadmap that never seemed to arrive. In the meantime, spreadsheets carried workflows they were never meant to carry, and the questions the business needed answered stayed stuck in someone else’s queue.
What we did
The approach
- 1 Built working software with AI-assisted development instead of waiting on the vendor, with human review, data validation, and deployment control in place throughout
- 2 Delivered the first sales reporting prototype the same day the request came in, then refined it with feedback over the following one to two weeks
- 3 Grew the work into three internal tools: sales reporting, operations and labour intelligence, and a browser-based replacement for a spreadsheet-driven production records workflow
- 4 Connected operational reporting to live production data instead of stale, disconnected reporting tables
